Terry is a former National Sales Manager of Sears home central and has many |

experience in the building and remodeling industry. Terry has true expertise in
recruiting and evaluating home improvement professionals and has coached hundreds
of remodeling professionals on using quality to increase customer loyalty.

Charles Bickerton
CTO
Charles Bickerton is a co-founder of the Home Improvement Hotline, Inc.
in 2004. Prior to this, Charles was an international software consultant
with BEA Systems Inc. Charles assisted Fortune 100 |
companies to maximize their IT
investment and ultimately their business agility by implementing cutting
edge technologies in an efficient manner.
Before BEA Systems, Charles worked with companies such as Lucent
Technologies, GTE Data Services, and in the academic world, at USF and FSU.
Charles graduated with a Bachelor of Science from Florida State
University with continued studies in advanced Computer Science at
the University of South Florida.

Kathryn Gaines
Director of Training and Human Resources
Kathryn comes to BDI with 15 years experience in corporate training
for the North American, European and Asian markets. Kathryn's relentless
pursuit of Quality has brought her many accolades |
in the global arena.
Kathryn is dedicated to bringing the total quality management philosophy
to contractors involved in the remodeling and home improvement industry.

Cheryl Braun
Director of Sales and Marketing
BA Interior Design from Mt. Ida College in the Boston
area and is an Allied Member of ASID. Cheryl has been associated with
a top Design/Build firm for many years; specializing in finish selection
and |
specifications. She has a vast knowledge of construction procedures,
which makes her an expert in remodeling design with practicality in mind.
Cheryl.s award winning work has been pictured in Jacksonville Design
magazine. Those awards include a NEFBA Remodelors Council award and the
coveted Crysalis award.
She has served on the NEFBA Remodelors Council and is a past Vice President
of Membership for the Northeast Florida Chapter of the NKBA.
